The concert title is from one of the featured works of the program, Norman
Dello Joio's "A Jubilant Song". It is a stunning celebration of music that includes
intricate and delightful parts for both choir and piano accompaniment. Other
selections on the program include works by Kirke Mechem, Heinrich Schütz,
Sergei Rachmaninoff, Aaron Copland, and others.

Admission is free — donations are gratefully accepted.
 

 

Sonoma County Chamber Singers presents "Masters in This Hall,"
a program of traditional and contemporary festive music of the season
including works by Ralph Vaughan Williams, John Rutter, Randall Thompson,
Mel Torme, and others. We will also premiere our own Walter Thompson's "Snowflakes."
